Returns and Refunds

At Eccentric You, all we care about is your satisfaction and that's why we have been providing one of the best customer services in the industry to our valued customers since our inception.
Size Issues 
Our dedicated Quality Control Team will inspect your items prior to shipping and we assure you to deliver the finest quality product with correct measurements. But, in case if you received a product with an incorrect size, please get in touch with us and we will try to resolve the issue at the earliest.  
However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please refer to the detailed size charts on the product page before placing an order. 
* Note. Please be advised that a production fee will be charged if you are requesting a size replacement for more than 1 size up or 1 size down. This is why we highly recommend you look at our sizing chart before placing your order. Also, return shipping fees will be applicable if you ordered the wrong product or wanted to replace the product after an item is dispatched. 

Cancel Or Modify the Order
For any cancellation or modification, Please contact our customer service at within 24 hours of placing an order

At Eccentric You, we have a 30 days easy returns/ refund policy. We have been providing excellent customer service to our valued customers from our inception. If you are not satisfied with the product delivered, please contact us with your order details and we will take care of the rest! 
Damaged & Flawed Items
At Eccentric You, we always make sure of product quality and accuracy of the order. Our dedicated Quality Control Team will inspect your items prior to shipping. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product. It is highly unusual, But if it is the case, we guarantee 100% satisfaction by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
In case it happens with your order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order and send us a clear photo of your item with a brief description of the issue. Depending on the issue we will send you a replacement order or a refund. 
*Please note:
There might be slight differences in the actual color of the product due to different screen resolutions and product photography lighting. Items are not eligible for refund or exchange for minor color differences. 
We try our best to deliver the items in perfect condition, but the item passes through various logistic processes and mediums, so there might be a slight difference in the shape of a few items which are of soft texture. But usually, those changes can be reversed easily. Unfortunately, items affected by these changes are not eligible for a refund. 

Note that for refunds, it takes 5-10 business days to process the payment depending on your bank and payment method.

Order Not Received
If you haven't received your EccentricYou order 30 days after having ordered, please contact our customer support team via email at  or use the contact page on our website. We will look into the issue right away and try to resolve it at the earliest. 

You can return the items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please first contact us at to discuss the concern regarding the product return. Please do not initiate any return process before contacting us.

Return Eligibility Criteria 
1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and have the original tags attached and the original packaging.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except bags, scarves, and belts). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygienic seal has been broken.
3. Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns/ refunds, unfortunately, SALE items cannot be refunded. 
4. Return shipping fees will not be covered in the refund amount. 
5. We try our best to process, pack and ship your order in timely manner however, there are certain logistic factors which we cannot control. Shipping delays will not be considered as a reason of return. We will refund the full amount if you haven't received your order within 60 days of placing an order.
6. In Case of Buy One Get One sale, if you return any one of the item for any reason (other than damaged or wrong product delivered), the remaining item will not be eligible for discount and refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
