Free standard shipping, Australia wide.

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. That applies Australia wide, and to every other destination we currently ship to.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most of Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America. If your country appears at checkout, we can deliver to you.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed and packed within 2–4 business days, depending on the item.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If it hasn't arrived, or the tracking number isn't working, just email us at support@eccentricyou.com and we'll sort it out.

Delays

Occasionally a delivery takes longer than expected. If your order hasn't reached you within 60 days of being placed, contact us at support@eccentricyou.com and we'll make it right.
