We have a free shipping policy on all the orders.  Please allow 5-10 Business Days for delivery within USA and UK after your order is shipped. 

For countries other than USA and UK, it could take up to 6-12 Business Days for the delivery once the order is shipped. 

Currently we are serving the countries including United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Australia, Spain, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Netherland and Belgium. 

Order Processing Times

It usually takes 2-4 Business days to process and pack your order depending upon the item. 

 

How to Find Your Tracking Number 

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here due to effect of COVID on supply chain and we really appreciate your patients. However if you don't get your item within 60 days of placing an order, please contact us at support@eccentricyou.com and we will try our level best to resolve the situation as early as possible.
